POLE FITNESS CLASSES

Pole Dancing Winnipeg offers:
- small class sizes to allow for personalized instruction
- all instructors are certified group fitness trainers and qualified to teach in the latest techniques
- instructors are formally trained in the art of pole dancing and pole fitness
- classes are fitness focused while ensuring proper technique is used

All classes are structured with a warm-up, stretching, and core strength-training in addition to pole, floor and dance moves. The focus of the class is on fitness and technique.

NOTE:   
- Classes start week of September 13th and run through to Saturday, October 9 
- Register for a class on a specific day and time; attend the same class each week for the designated number of weeks. 
- As space is limited, class must be paid in full to reserve space.
- Cost: $89.00 per person plus GST for five- classes (once per week).  Register for two classes per week for $135, a 25% savings.

Pole Classes: Improve your coordination, flexibility and strength through pole fitness.
Bootycamp: When you attend this class, expect to see some serious changes, not only physically, but also in your flexibility, coordination, strength and confidence. Bootycamp differs from other Bootcamps as we incorporate the pole not only as a tool used to increase upper body and core strength, but also in a fun way to test out our new found muscles with some challenging spins and twists.
Payment Options: Cheques payable to POLE DANCING WINNIPEG and mailed to 640 Renfrew Street, Winnipeg, MB R3N 1J9; credit card via website or over phone; and Cash payments are accepted but appointments are required to ensure office is open.
Location: Our interim location is the Sir John Franklin Community Centre in a lower level classroom.  SJF is located in River Heights behind Mona Lisa Restaurant. (it is a bit confusing the first time if you have never been there before and we recommend using map quest.)

- All classes are open to all students EXCEPT for Pole III and Pole IV. To attend these classes you must have successfully completed Pole II and Pole III
- $99.00 plus GST = $103.95. Registration fee will not be pro-rated.
