CLASS DESCRIPTION: Register for a class on a specific day and time; attend the same class each week for the designated number of weeks.

All instructors are lead by Certified Pole Dancing instructor, Carolyne Braid. With over five years experience and multiple Las Vegas training sessions with some of the top instructors and industry professionals, Carolyne is excited to share her knowledge and talent with the women of Winnipeg and beyond.

Pole I: This introductory five-week series is suitable for all fitness levels. Sculpt, tone, and lengthen your body while learning pole, dance, floor and transitional moves.

Pole II: For those who have completed Pole I or have prior pole fitness experience, you will use your previously gained knowledge and experience to help advance your skills. In Pole II you learn additional floor moves, add more spice to your entrance, and focus on spinning around the pole. Class length – five weeks.

Pole I and II: This five-week class is for those students who have completed Pole I and II and wish to brush up or perfect their skills before advancing to Pole III. Recommended for those who need additional time, practice and opportunity to build strength.

Pole III: Pole III continues to focus on improving strength, coordination and flexibility through new spins and floor moves. Must have successfully completed Pole II before registering for class. Class length – five weeks.

Pole IV: Get ready to challenge your strength as this level will have you flipping up-side down! Pole IV will continue to build on strength and coordination by learning combination spins, inversions and skin contact. Pole III or previous pole fitness experience is a pre-requisite.

Pole III and IV: Learn a series of select moves from both Pole III and IV. Completion of Pole II or prior pole fitness experience is a pre-requisite.

Pole Bootycamp: Over the five-week bootcamp, expect to see some serious changes, not only physically, but also in your flexibility, coordination, strength and confidence.
Pole Fitness Bootcamp differs from other Bootcamps as we incorporate the pole not only as a tool used to increase upper body and core strength, but also in a fun way to test out our new found muscles with some challenging spins and twists.  In addition to using the pole, you can look forward to a fun chair dancing routine that will really work up a sweat! 

Chair Dancing: This five-week class focuses on coordination, flexibility and strength building while learning a full routine using a chair to some of the latest dance tunes.danielle - sitting on the pole

Strengthening and Stretching class: This class will focus on building upper body strength, hand strength and building core muscles. Stretching exercises are designed to specifically to enhance your pole fitness abilities

Yoga Belly Ballet: is a total wellness workout for the mind, body, and spirit that will leave you feeling strong, sexy, rejuvenated, and empowered. This dynamic fusion of yoga, dance and booty sculpting was created to help you become the best you can be and offers tremendous benefits to both the body and mind.

Zumba Toning: ZUMBA® TONING is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance.

Zumba Party: Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.

Test the Waters: Not sure if Pole Fitness is for you? Take this one-time, one-hour class where you will learn some basic moves and have an opportunity to try your hand at the pole.
