Pole Fitness focuses on perfecting pole moves while improving coordination, flexibility and ones strength. We incorporate the pole, floor moves, stretching and strengthening techniques. Get fit while having fun!

Fantasy

Fantasy classes are the opportunity to learn how to let that inner goddess that exists inside of all of us to truly come out. The focus is on how to put on a ”show." clothing is not removed, but techniques on how to do it are provided. Floor moves, pole work, and lap dancing are covered.
